Day 30 of 365 Days to Get Back to Myself
This post is going to be very short because I want to make sure I get enough sleep.
This is because not getting enough sleep or enough of the right kind of sleep interferes with the circadian rhythm and can have the following health effects:
Sleep is absolutely necessary for beautiful skin:
Night night, sweet dreams. I am definitely going to make sure I get my 8 hours per night from now on.
