This post is going to be very short because I want to make sure I get enough sleep.

This is because not getting enough sleep or enough of the right kind of sleep interferes with the circadian rhythm and can have the following health effects:

Preventing the Liver from being healthy

Depleting the immune response

It can make you fat!

Lack of sleep may shorten your life

Oh, I feel anxious about this one

Aging faster and being forgetful

Sleep is absolutely necessary for beautiful skin:
