Day 68 of 365 Days to Get Back to Myself
Luckily for me I have been forced to finally study Patanjali’s Sutras as homework and I am practicing Yoga every day so I am managing to cope surprisingly well with the urgent, yet muffled world of emergency medical procedures and converging family.
It’s amazing the patterns of mind that unfold as these challenging events do, thankfully I also have a plentiful supply of vibrational essences for myself to help keep my perspective clearer. Throughout my ups and downs, for many years, both Yoga and vibrational essences have helped to keep me on an even keel. I become more of an observer and slightly less reactionary. Over the last few years I haven’t been using these amazing, healing tools enough, but I am so glad I decided to get back on track this year as this change in habit has really been helping me through some very challenging times.
I am very happy I chose to follow my intuition on this.
