This one day retreat introduces six simple steps and key understandings of the deeper underlying belief patterns causing anxiety or depression. Learn how to affect the process of change within the mind toward better all-round health.

Helping facilitate permanent change and improvement this one day retreat is suitable for people involved with or suffering from anxiety and depression. For practitioners wishing to deepen their practice and understanding of this area we have a retreat designed specifically for you to learn these techniques. This course is based on material provided by the Anti- Depression Institute, and the Mind Body Connection work and research of Gregory O’Neville ND, Naturopathic Psychotherapist, Author, Lecturer and Researcher, Australia.

Henri is a practitioner, teacher and producer of Vibrational Medicine with 20 years of experience in the field of Mind Body Medicine. He is a graduate of the Anti-Depression Institute, Melbourne, Australia and works one on one with clients to discover the underlying causes of their anxiety or depression helping them to unlock their unique potential and to deal with anxiety and depression without the need for drugs.

Henri Venturini

Henri is a Qigong, Tai Chi /Martial Art Master and a Spiritual Healer specialising in the mental and emotional connection with the body. He is a member of the Melbourne Anti-Depression Institute and the National Federation of Spiritual Healers. He currently has a TV series on TV9 called “Basic Tai Chi”, teaching beginners Tai Chi.

Catherine is a teacher and practitioner of energy healing, vibrational and natural medicine and Yoga (IYT 500) with 20 years experience both in the UK and New Zealand.
