SATURDAY PROGRAMME

07.30 am The day begins with registration and welcome

08.00am Kick start your weekend with a morning Tai Chi class

09.00 am Nourishing breakfast is served before our health and well-being seminars begin

09.30 am Ageing, Longevity & Preventative Health – with Jordan Jamieson of Elev8wellness

11.30 am Increasing Vitality and Longevity – In this two hour workshop you will learn a simple sequence of Qigong meditation and exercise to improve and maintain good health, immunity and longevity. With Henri noel Venturini of BESpa

13.30 pm A delicious, healthy lunch is served, to energise you for the afternoon

14.15 pm Healing, Mindfulness & Tea – A tea tasting experience where you will learn about different teas, how to get the best from your tea, how to use it as a healing herb and for a daily health giving mindfulness practice. With Catherine Opie from BESpa & Little Whale Tea Co 

16.15 pm Yoga Nidra – finish on a high with this traditional Yogic deep relaxation meditation practice for goal setting and resolving blocks.

17.00 pm Closing- a final cup of tea and time to chat before finishing up for the day

18.00 pm Finish

Throughout the day one hour treatments with Catherine, Henri and Jordan are available. Treatments include Massage, Reiki, Chinese Tuina Acupressure Massage, Gua Sha, Moxa, Cupping, Chakra Balancing and Energy Healing. Booking is essential as spaces are limited. 09.00 am A nourishing breakfast is served before the day’s activities begin

09.30 am After breakfast you can have a treatment (booking essential as spaces are limited), explore the gardens, watch an uplifting film or simply relax in the tranquil surroundings. Treatments available include Massage, Reiki, Chinese Tuina Acupressure Massage, Gua Sha, Moxa, Cupping, Chakra Balancing and Energy Healing.

13.00 am Brunch is served

14.00 pm Activities continue until 4pm when the last treatments of the day begin.

17.00 pm Closing- a final cup of tea and time to chat before finishing up for the day

18.00 pm Finish

PLEASE NOTE:

Spaces are limited for treatments and pre booking your treatment slot is essential to avoid disappointment. Any treatment paid for, in advance via on line booking, that cannot be fulfilled by us on the weekend due to overbooking or double booking will be fully refunded.

We reserve the right to change or cancel the programme of events, presenters, treatments available and venue in the case of a cancellation or emergency. In the case of cancellation of the entire event a full refund will be given for any prepurchased tickets.

Cancellation of booking prior to October 7 2018 by customer will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee.

No refund will be given for any cancellations received after 7 October 2018.

 

THE HOSTS:

Henri- noel Venturini & Catherine Opie are the co-founders of BESpa and Little Whale Tea Co. in Whangaparaoa, Auckland. Working as natural health practitioners and teachers of Yoga and Tai Chi for over 25 years their experience includes running their own clinics and producing a range of, organic natural health products in New Zealand as well as working internationally for naturopathic companies and luxury destination spas.

Jordan Jamieson (Dip.NT., Dip.CBT, BSc. ClinPsy (Hons) is a natural health practitioner, personal coach and deep tissue massage therapist. Glenn Cossey has a wealth of hospitality experience working internationally as a chef in high end restaurants for people like Gordon Ramsay, and now runs his own property business renovating houses and teaching other people how to make property work for them.
