How to use bath salts as a hydrotherapy treatment:

Pour the whole 200g sachet into a warm bath or half a sachet into a footbath, stir and soak for 20 mins.

For a lighter effect a few tablespoons will gently fragrance a bath or footbath.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not take internally or use undiluted on skin. Seek advice during pregnancy.
