Henri has been working as a healer and martial arts practitioner and teacher for over 20 years. Henri’s gentle, heart centred yet solid approach, with clients uses:
1. Emotional release work, vibrational medicine, psychosomatics, colour therapy, crystal therapy and energy healing to create a powerfully held space for facilitating change.
2. Knowledge of the human body, Tai Chi, Qigong and sports coaching for physical fitness and postural realignment.
3. Knowledge of esoteric concepts, sacred geometry, numerology and astrology for deeper understandings of events and circumstances.
He also brings his culinary expertise together with Five Element Theory, to develop blood type and genotype specific dietary programmes, addressing nutritional health on a uniquely individual level for each client.
Balanced Energy Studios was formed in 1998 in the Blue Mountains in Australia. This was a studio where Henri ran 5 classes per week, outdoor classes in Tai Chi and Qigong and a private practice for energy healing and Aura Balancing.
Henri now lives on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, New Zealand where he co- owns Balanced Energy Ltd with his partner, Catherine.
Balanced Energy Ltd produces a range of high quality vibrational medicines for the international Spa industry, running clinics and courses internationally, on Waiheke Island and Whangaparaoa Peninsula in the Hauraki Gulf of Auckland, New Zealand.
Henri has 20 years of experience in Martial arts practice teaching classes for many years to the public and in institutions such as: a large Solicitors firm (junior and senior partners in) Sydney, a retreat centre for depression sufferers in the Blue Mountains, top psychiatrists and even high security prisoners. He has facilitated many one on one sessions.
Henri is an experienced, award winning, executive chef (25 years), having owned a top Italian restaurant in Sydney and running kitchens in many other, top, fine dining establishments including 450 seat restaurants and hotels such as the Mercure and Hillcrest Coachman in Australia and New Zealand.
