Steam Inhalations are useful for blocked noses and sinus congestion as well as for upper and lower respiratory conditions.  Pour boiling hot water into a heat proof bowl and add 1-2 drops of essential oils such as the Balanced Energy “Path of No Resistance” blend of Lavender, Eucalyptus and Coriander, or two tablespoons of loose chamomile tea for sinusitis. Stir well so that the essential oil or herb mixes with the water, lean over the bowl, covering the head with a towel and breathe in the steam for 5-10 minutes, repeat up to three times a day. Alternatively you can fully immerse your whole body in a lovely, warm bath infused with fragrant, healing Balanced Energy Bath Salts!
