Beginner’s Yoga Classes
Have you always wanted to do Yoga but felt too embarrassed to go along to a class because you are a complete beginner?
Well, this class is designed just for you. We run our beginner’s classes in 8 week blocks. By the time you have completed this course you will feel confident enough to join in on any Yoga class and feel that you have a good foundation of knowledge to practice Yoga without making a fool of yourself or sustaining injury.
We cover how to do Yoga postures correctly, flow sequences, meditation, breathing and taking care of yourself while in class and practicing at home.
